Online or in-person, this session will help you and your family member(s) learn valuable ways to navigate communication, connection, and conflict. Typical modalities used are attachment based models such as Circle of Security and IFS but our therapists are trained to incorporate other specialties and modalities to bring whole healing and relationship repair.

We also accept Soonercare Traditional and SoonerSelect (21 and under only!).

Although we have the ability to check your insurance coverage through our provider portals, unfortunately we are not given exact amounts leaving us waiting for the first claim to be processed.
As the policy holder/member you are able to call and obtain the exact amount. You will provide them with codes 90791, 90847, 90837.

Due to the time blocks required for Therapy Intensives, unfortunately insurance does not pay. The good news is that we offer payment plans and also accept Care Credit and Affirm.
